Saturday action

Manchester V Derby

The gulf between these two teams is huge. No disrespect to Derby fans but they are very far out of their league and if teams like West Ham can run up huge scores against them then what will Man Utd do to them at old trafford.

Man uniteds home record reads (7 - 1- 0 ) and more importantly for my bet choice they have scored 16 and only conceded 1.
On the contrary Derby are have the worst away record in the league. The 0 - 0 draw at Fulham being the only highlight worth mentioning.
No goals scored and 20 goals concede on the road tells you all you need to know about their away record and its impossible to see them getting anything other than a hiding at old Trafford. Bigger better teams have gone to the theatre of Dreams and failed to deliver.
My pick is Man Utd to win both halves, so in effect they only need to score a goal in either half as i dont see Derby scoring at all or its going to take something quite spectacular to beach the United defence and unfortunately for Derby fans it doesnt look likely.
Rooney, Ronaldo and Tevez must be licking their lips at attacking this weak Derby defence.

United have kept 9 clean sheets this year so far, that should read 10 come 4.45 tomorrow evening. Easy win for the red devils.
